Role Description

Full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role in Kozhikode. Responsible for BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation and control, budget monitoring, cost reporting, variation/claim evaluation, and procurement support. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and drawing interpretation skills.
• Experience in cost planning, estimation, control, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Kerala construction materials, market rates, and contracting practices.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and MS Excel/QS software skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work on-site.
• Real estate/construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
