Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
  • Prepare tender documentation and manage the tendering process.
  • Monitor project progress and cost variations.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop cost management strategies.
  • Prepare progress reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
