Job Description
- Experience in coordinating with project consultants and design teams for preparing detailed cost estimates & BOQs from drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQ from drawings (soft/hard copies) including line items description, estimated rates and quantities for civil, structural, finishing, external development and faade works etc.
- Ability to track awarded BOQs & construction budgets during the project execution phase, ensuring seamless coordination with the in-house team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel for quantity take-offs (TOS) and BOQ preparation.
- Knowledge of MEP packages in a Real estate Project including coordination with the MEP team for BOQ finalization.
- Ability to handle multiple projects from the head office (HO) function.
- Reconciliation of free-of-cost (FOC) supplied client materials on regular basis.
- Strong knowledge of rate analysis, cost escalation, market rates, CPWD DSR and standard method of measurement.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
