Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-Offs & BOQ Preparation
• Cost Estimation & Budget Monitoring
• Verification of Contractor Bills & Joint Measurements
• Cost Tracking, Cost Control & Project Reporting
• Tendering Support, Vendor Evaluation & Contract Documentation
• Coordination with Design, Project, Procurement & Site Teams
• Ensuring Compliance with Project Standards & Documentation

Desired Profile

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5-12 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Cost Control experience will be a strong advantage
• Experience in Industrial, Steel Plant, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Heavy
• Engineering, EPC, or Large Building Projects
• Strong understanding of billing, estimation, contracts, and project controls
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
