Quantity Surveyor

RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd., established in 1993 by Mr. Rajesh Rishi, is a multi-disciplinary team of project management professionals. We provide services in Project Planning, Monitoring, Information System, Quantity Surveying, Contracts, Contract Administration, Site Coordination, Supervision, and Quality Control. Our clients include project owners, architects, contractors, foreign missions, and multinational establishments. We utilize state-of-the-art project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and custom Management Information Systems to ensure effective communication and project execution. Located in Gurugram, we are committed to delivering constructive and effective contributions through our project management skills.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, managing project finances, and ensuring that all expenses are within the forecasted budget. Additional duties include monitoring and managing contract changes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with other team members to document project progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Expertise in Contract Administration, Monitoring, and Risk Assessment
• Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
