Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, cost control, rate analysis, tendering support, and project cost monitoring. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to coordinate with project, procurement, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed BOQs from drawings and specifications.
  • Verify site quantities and monitor project cost variations.
  • Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
  • Review, verify, and certify contractor RA bills and final bills.
  • Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Evaluate quotations and prepare comparative statements.
  • Assist in tendering, procurement, and contractor selection processes.
  • Track variations, extra items, and change orders.
  • Maintain project cost reports and commercial MIS.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for commercial and contractual matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record management of all billing and contract-related activities.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, and Cost Control.
  • Experience in residential, plotted development, villa, township, or high-rise construction projects preferred.
