Job description - Quantity Surveyor

1. Capable of doing measurements as per drawings and BOQ Item.

2. Complete knowledge of rate analysis and cost management.

3. DPR & preparation of monthly bill

4. Good understanding of claims and settlement as per contract conditions

5. Clear the final Bill

6. Oversee the preparation of statement and bill

7. Prepare and process the subcontractor bills.

8. Field experience in estimation of roads, building , structural and FOB and similar infrastructure work

9. Knowledge of preparing of BBS,BOQ(item rate) and rate analysis

10. Working in NHAI,PWD,MoRTH Project must be compulsory.

11. Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders.

Qualification -B tech / M tech

Experience- minimum 5 years

Job location- Head Office (Deoli ) Rajasthan

Joining- Immediately joining

Salary- 25 to 30 k per month
