Senior Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Interior Fit-Outs
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in luxury interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of premium interior materials, finishes, bespoke joinery, furniture, and execution methodologies, along with a solid understanding of project costing, procurement, and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Conduct rate analysis and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage procurement, cost control, billing, variations, and project cash flows.
- Monitor project costs throughout design and execution stages.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure commercial compliance.
- Verify site measurements and certify contractor bills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for high-end residential, hospitality, retail, or commercial interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes including stone, veneer, timber, metal, glass, upholstery, decorative finishes, and custom furniture.
- Proven experience in delivering premium interior fit-out projects from tendering through execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and BOQ/cost management tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Candidates with experience working on luxury residences, hospitality projects, and bespoke interior environments will be preferred.
