Job Responsibilities

• *Project Budgeting:* Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
• *Cost Estimation and Control:* Conduct cost estimation, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
• *Bills of Quantities (BOQ):* Prepare accurate BOQs, taking off quantities, and material scheduling
• *Project Team Collaboration:* Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• *Procurement Support:* Assist in procurement activities, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation
• *Value Engineering:* Identify opportunities for cost savings and value addition
• *Reporting and Documentation:* Prepare regular project reports, cost analyses, and other documentation
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of construction principles, contracts, and procurement processes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  

Work Location: Ayanambakkam, Chennai.
