Quantity Surveyor (Full House Interiors)

About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project measurements, quantity estimation, cost control, and billing for residential full-house interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements for residential interior projects.

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Verify site dimensions and identify deviations from approved drawings.

• Prepare project cost estimates and material quantity requirements.

• Monitor project budgets and identify cost overruns.

• Verify vendor measurements and bills.

• Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams.

• Support Project Managers in tracking project progress.

• Conduct periodic site visits for measurement verification.

• Prepare quantity variation reports and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.

• Good understanding of modular furniture, civil, electrical, and finishing works.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and documentation.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field with 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential interior projects.

• Timely submission of quantity reports.

• Reduction in billing discrepancies.

• Cost control and budget adherence.

• Timely closure of vendor billing and project reconciliations
