Quantity Surveyor / Cost analyst

Role Description

Responsible for cost management, invoicing, contracts and commercial control of building construction projects. The role ensures budget adherence, timely execution, and coordination with contractors, vendors and internal team. The Quantity Surveyor / Cost Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial management of projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / construction management.
• 5-7 years of experience in building construction (Residential and commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, billings, contracts and procurement.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costing, budgeting, billing and cost control.
• Prepare BOQs, Scope of Work (SOW) and tender documents.
• Evaluate tenders and finalize vendors/ subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress, quantities and project milestones
• Handle contract administration, variations and claims
• Coordinate with site team, consultants and vendors
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and safety norms
• Maintain project documentation and cost reports
