We are hiring for a full-time Quantity Surveyor – Civil & MEP role, located on-site in Bengaluru. The role includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reports, managing cost planning and control, and providing support in ensuring financial efficiency throughout all stages of project execution. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve accurate project assessments and budgeting aligned with timelines and quality standards.

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management, including ensuring projects stay within the agreed budget and reviewing contractor costs.
• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and managing comprehensive cost assessments for construction projects.
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting, with the ability to analyze data for accurate forecasting and decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with international construction codes and practices is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software is preferred.
