Quantity Surveyor Civil, Interior Fit-Outs & MEP

About the Role

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to handle estimation, billing, cost control, and material procurement for civil, interior fit-out, and MEP works across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and rate analyses from civil, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare and verify bills, site measurements, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor budgets, material consumption, reconciliation, and cost variances.
• Procure interior fit-out and MEP materials, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and requirements across sites, maintaining cost, billing, and procurement reports.

Must-Have Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
• Direct experience purchasing or procuring materials for interior fit-outs and MEP works.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase order coordination.
• Ability to read civil, structural, architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong measurement accuracy, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with a PMC or construction consultancy.
• Experience handling QS and procurement requirements across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with quantity take-off software and ERP or procurement systems.
