Salary: 10-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience industry standards )

Job Description
- Preparation of standard quantities as per drawings.
- Preparation of work orders Bills for Sub-contractors.
- Verification of PRW, Sub-contractors bills.(Piece rate work,
- Preparation of Claimed vs. Certified Quantities, PRW vs. RA Bills Quantities.
- Preparation of RA bills, checking and certification from client.
- Material Reconciliation to ensure proper resource utilisation and elimination of waste, Rate analysis for non BOQ items.
- Overall Co-ordination between the company Client / their representatives for - archiving, reviewing, understanding the drawings, clarification of queries about the received drawings, joint measurement with the Client for RA bills.
- Preparation Verification of Sub-contractors bills.
- Verification of PRW, NMR, Sub-contractors bills.
- Preparation of Claimed vs. Certified Quantities, PRW vs. RA Bills Quantities.
- Preparation of RA bills, checking and certification from client.
- Material Reconciliation to ensure proper resource utilisation and elimination of waste, Rate analysis for non BOQ items.
- Joint measurement with the Customer for RA bills.
- Be involved with Planning for Extra Claims from Client Side.
- Ensure submission of Bills on time and get it certified from Client
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
