Sarveksha Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Position: Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Industry: Infrastructure / Construction

Experience: Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Project Commercials

Preferred: Experience in Structures, Highways, Roads, Bridges, or Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.

* Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and reconciliation.

* Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents for billing and quantity requirements.

* Coordinate with site/project teams for measurements and work progress.

* Prepare and maintain measurement books (MB), rate analysis, and billing documentation.

* Monitor quantities executed against BOQ and identify variations.

* Assist in preparation and submission of variation claims, extra-item claims, and supporting documents.

* Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams regarding billing matters.

* Maintain proper records of project quantities, certifications, and commercial documentation.

Candidate Profile

* Experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Commercials is required.

* Candidates with experience in Highways, Roads, Bridges, Structures, EPC, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

* Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, measurements, RA billing, and quantity reconciliation.

* Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and project specifications.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and relevant billing/estimation software.

* Strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
