Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor (Bar Bending Schedule). The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review bar bending schedule reports, verify quantities for reinforcement steel, and coordinate with structural designers to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring material usage, supporting cost planning and control for reinforcement works, and assisting in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) reports.

Responsibilities, Qualifications and Remuneration

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• English language proficiency should be at a professional level.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years.
• Remuneration: ₹12,500 to ₹37,500 based on experience.
• Benefits: PF, Medical Insurance and 15 days of annual leave.
• Skills: AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience with BOQ preparation and interpretation for reinforcement and structural works
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing bar bending schedules and quantity take-offs
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for detailed measurements and data tracking.
• Knowledge of construction standards, reinforcement detailing, and basic structural drawings.
