Job Description
POSITION 1 : SENIOR ENGINEER – QS
Location : Varthur for first 4-5 months / and then Hennur, Bangalore
Industry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only
Expected Experience : 6-8 years
Notice Period : Immediate
Remuneration : 6 – 8 lacs per annum
Key Skills : Resource planning both material and labours, Rate analysis for all activities, Reconciliation of materials, Knowledge of Labour productivity & material consumption, Preparation sub-contractor & labour bills, Maintaining bill tracker, Preparing BOQ, system approach &, Knowledge of construction process, post-contract experience
