Job Description

Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Technical Assessment and Monitoring (Risk Advisory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join our Technical Assessment and Monitoring team within Risk Advisory. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating construction project risks, monitoring site progress, and managing financial and technical compliance.

You will be responsible for executing project assignments, coordinating with internal and external consultants, managing accounts throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring the highest standards of deliverable quality and process management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Assessment & Cost Estimation

  • Develop detailed project cost estimates across various construction activities, including Civil, MEP, finishing works, supporting infrastructure, external development, and consultant fees.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) level estimation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis for both labor and materials.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and certifications of bills for works executed on-site.

Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, monitor project milestones, and summarize key findings and examinations into actionable reports.
  • Review safety and quality management practices on-site, identifying and reporting any non-compliances.

Financial & Regulatory Monitoring

  • Review sales MIS data, tracking demands raised and collections made.
  • Monitor ESCROW accounts, auditing inflows and outflows to ensure financial compliance.
  • Leverage a strong working knowledge of Development Regulations, building approval processes, timelines, and FAR / FSI metrics applicable to Residential, Commercial, and Township projects.

Project & Account Management

  • Manage assignments from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and process compliance.
  • Coordinate effectively with other consultants and stakeholders while maintaining robust client account management during project lifecycles.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a project management profile, construction risk advisory, or bill certification.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Analytical Prowess: Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and technical documents.
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of handling multiple project timelines effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Work Style: High attention to detail and the agility to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
