We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 2-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Essaar Builders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project costs and financial viability.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic cost reports for management.
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
