Job Description
Responsible for quantity take off (BOM & BOQ) for commercial proposals
Responsible for providing accurate, competitive quotations to customers·
Responsible for providing accurate, competitive quotations to customers·
- Received line drawings & Specifications from Design
- Evaluate project scope, specifications & conditions
- Generate accurate BOQ, BOM & Cost Sheets
- Check and evaluate all product specifications
- Execute scope wise quantity take off for the project
- Execute revisions in quantities and costing
- Check final drawings and details from Design team for quantities
- Finalise material quantities for the project
- Forward fabrication indent to Procurement
- Forward fabrication drawings to fabrication vendor
- Raise all material indent to Procurement
- Process all Project Sales related document
- Prepare internal indent for fabrication products
- Prepare & forward dispatch note to warehouse.
- Support Design and Projects team with required inputs
- 5-10 years experience in generating accurate quantities, commercial proposals, cost sheet in fabrication & building material industry
