Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantexa Tech Lead role based in Hyderabad. The Quantexa Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and deployment of Quantexa solutions for clients. They will ensure high-quality deliverables, provide technical guidance for integration processes, analyze and solve complex issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. The role will also involve performance tuning, testing, and documentation of implementation processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in leading and managing Quantexa platform implementations, including configuration and optimization of the solution.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, along with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in financial crime analytics, risk management, or fraud detection within the financial services industry is a plus.
