Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient Data Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data pipelines and enterprise data solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data management strategies, and ensure data quality, security, and availability. The Data Engineer will leverage experience in cloud platforms, big data tools, and modern development practices to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Quantexa Developer – Pune | 6+ Years | Immediate Joiner Preferre

• dWe are looking for a skilled Quantexa Developer with 6+ years of experience for our Pune location (Immediate joiners preferred)
• .Strong hands-on experience with Quantexa platform, Contextual Decision Intelligence (CDI), and configuration
• .Expertise in Scala, Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, and big data processing
• .Experience in data modelling, entity resolution, and network generation within Quantexa
• .Proficiency in SQL, Hive, and data analysis for large-scale datasets
• .Good understanding of ETL pipelines, data integration, and data quality frameworks
• .Experience working in financial crime, risk, fraud, or compliance domains is highly preferred
• .Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile methodologies
• .Strong problem-solving skills with ability to optimize performance and handle complex data scenarios
• .Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
