About the Team

Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantexa Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale decision intelligence, financial crime, KYC, AML, fraud detection, and entity resolution solutions using the Quantexa platform. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Quantexa configuration, Scala/Java, Apache Spark, big data engineering, network analytics, and data modeling to build scalable and high-performing analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Quantexa-based solutions for AML, KYC, fraud detection, risk analytics, customer intelligence, and compliance monitoring.
• Build and configure Quantexa data pipelines, entity resolution models, network generation logic, contextual analytics, and scoring frameworks
• Develop and maintain Quantexa context configuration, entity models, risk indicators, scoring rules, and alert generation logic.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and normalization pipelines for large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets.
• Integrate Quantexa with enterprise platforms such as data lakes, case management systems, downstream reporting tools, APIs, and cloud-based services.
• Work with business and compliance stakeholders to translate financial crime typologies, KYC/AML scenarios, and risk requirements into technical design and solution logic.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and stability for high-volume analytical workloads using Spark and big data technologies.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data quality validation, and production support for Quantexa deployments.
• Support testing, release management, CI/CD deployment, environment setup, and operational readiness.
• Prepare technical documentation including solution design, workflows, configurations, data mappings, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with the Quantexa platform, including implementation or support of enterprise solutions
• Strong proficiency in Scala
• Strong experience with Apache Spark and big data ecosystems such as Elastic, Parquet, or similar technologies
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Good understanding of entity resolution, graph analytics, network generation, and contextual decisioning
• Experience with ETL/data integration pipelines and large-volume data processing
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Docker, Gradle, Nexus, Bash scripting, or equivalent engineering toolchain
• Exposure to REST APIs, microservices, or cloud deployment models is desirable
• Preferred hands-on experience on Azure Cloud platform
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and ability to work in Agile delivery environments.

• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of experience working in Investment Banking Domain
