Responsibilities
As a
Technical Team Lead at Quanteon Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the design, development, deployment of AI-driven applications. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. This role directly impacts the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of innovative and reliable Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using React.js, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and AWS cloud services.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, such as RAG and LLMs, to enhance the capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a
collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable and robust web applications using
React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including MySQL and NoSQL databases, and
experience in designing efficient data models.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and other relevant
services.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with experience
in developing and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM (Large Language Model)
technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and

- B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE/IT/AI&ML from a recognized university.
