Role : Senior AI/ML Engineer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI application architecture, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
• Build intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams through technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Drive AI adoption across products by identifying automation and intelligence opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
  
  

Tech Stack & Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
• Strong experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents.
• Experience integrating AI APIs such as: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude.
• Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architecture.
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI safety best practices.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
