Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Voice AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions such as conversational agents, voice bots, intelligent assistants, and Gen AI-powered enterprise applications for Quanteons clients and internal products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise and client use cases.
- Build and optimize Voice AI systems, including speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and conversational voice bots.
- Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, voice assistants, call automation systems, and intelligent agents.
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Integrate LLMs with backend systems, APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.
- Design and manage vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients to deliver AI-driven features.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for AI implementations.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices are followed.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Gen AI, Voice AI, and conversational AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); Node.js is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Applied AI Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Proven experience in Voice AI technologies, including :
- Speech-to-Text (Whisper, Deepgram, Google STT, Azure Speech).
- Text-to-Speech (Amazon Polly, Azure TTS, ElevenLabs, Google TTS).
- Voice bots, conversational IVR, or call automation systems.
- Solid experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience integrating AI solutions using REST APIs, WebSockets, or streaming pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Good understanding of NLP concepts, ML fundamentals, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills.
