Quant Systems Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Pune District. The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software systems and back-end applications. Key tasks include implementing object-oriented programming practices, working with databases, and contributing to the development of tools that strengthen the company's financial market research capabilities. Collaboration with third party providers, internal teams of data and visualization will be critical.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development techniques
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming principles
• Experience working with Databases, including data modeling and optimization
• Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in financial technology or familiarity with capital markets, investments, financial markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outcome driven start up environment
