Soft & Verbal Trainer – Job Responsibilities
- Train students in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, group discussions, and presentation skills.
- Enhance public speaking, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Conduct sessions on personality development, time management, leadership, team building, and emotional intelligence.
- Guide students in resume writing, interview etiquette, body language, and mock interviews.
- Train in verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, sentence correction, and vocabulary for competitive exams (e.g., GRE, CAT, campus placements).
Quant & Reasoning Trainer – Job Responsibilities
- Teach number systems, arithmetic, algebra, geometry, permutations, and combinations.
- Train students in puzzles, coding-decoding, directions, data sufficiency, etc. Prepare students for campus placements and competitive exams (e.g., CAT, GATE, Bank exams).
- Conduct aptitude tests, practice quizzes, and analyze results to improve student performance.
Essential Competencies
A graduate or postgraduate from any discipline.
- Verbal Trainers: Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA or M.A. in English/Communication.
- Quant & Reasoning Trainers : Ideal qualifications include B.Tech, M.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), or MCA.
- 2 – 6 years of proven experience in training students in Soft Skills, Verbal Ability, or Aptitude.
- Preferred Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) experience.
Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
