As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Transformation Analytics team for Chase Small Business, you will develop and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize sales and marketing outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced analytics and drive impactful business decisions.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver targeted marketing audience segments and strategic data solutions for Business Banking products
  • Optimize marketing programs and business strategies through analytics, campaign testing, and performance reporting
  • Design and implement scalable data models and automation solutions across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategic initiatives and manage delivery strategy
  • Champion acquisition and automation of critical data assets to support campaign execution and analytics
  • Integrate data controls, security measures, and operational monitoring into analytics solutions
  • Investigate complex data issues, deliver actionable insights, and support data integration projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Four years of hands-on experience in data wrangling, ETL, analytics, or marketing campaign development
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks
  • Proficient in data wrangling and analysis tools including SQL, SAS, Python, Spark, Java, Scala, or Alteryx
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, extraction, load processing, and analytical methodologies
  • Experience building relational and dimensional data models and working with Data Warehouses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information to senior leaders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Skilled in dynamic reporting and visualization applications such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik
  • Proficient in scheduling job workflows using tools like Control-M or Alteryx Scheduler
  • Working knowledge of code versioning and document management software such as Bitbucket, GitHub, JIRA, or Confluence
  • Experience with internal controls, compliance, risk classification for data access, and financial services or business/commercial banking product knowledge
