Join Regulatory Services Analytics & Reporting to turn data into decisions that safeguard our customers and the firm. You will tackle high impact problems across regulatory operations, automating processes and delivering insights that strengthen controls and outcomes. Partner with operations, risk, audit, and technology stakeholders to drive change at pace and scale.
As a Quant Analyst in Regulatory Services Analytics & Reporting, you design and deliver analytics and automation that enhance regulatory operations, data quality, and reporting. You translate complex data into clear insights, support priority remediation and governance initiatives, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver iterative, high quality results. You bring curiosity, rigor, and accountability to work that is governed by strong internal and external standards.
Job responsibilities
.Analyze complex business problems and design end to end data solutions using SQL and Alteryx or Python.
.Build and automate data pipelines and repeatable workflows for regulatory operations and reporting.
.Translate raw data into decision ready insights and dashboards validate accuracy and completeness.
.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve process quality and controls.
.Deliver iteratively with refining requirements with stakeholders and manage priorities.
.Manage stakeholders across operations, risk, audit, and technology communicate status, risks, and dependencies early.
.Write business requirement documents and test solutions as per standards defined
.Apply data governance and control practices to protect sensitive client information and records.
.Prepare concise, executive ready materials and present findings to senior leaders.
.Work on research initiatives that help the team explore potential & scope for future projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
.Relevant experience in data analytics, automation, or quantitative analysis in a regulated environment.
.Alteryx Designer Core certification at hire
.Proficiency in Python and SQL working knowledge of SAS and Tableau.
.Hands on experience building analytics workflows in Alteryx and developing production quality Python scripts.
.Effective written and verbal communication ability to explain complex analysis to non technical audiences.
.High attention to detail and accuracy when processing sensitive or high risk requests.
.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and executive ready presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
.Experience using large language models to accelerate analysis, documentation, or quality checks.
.Exposure to regulatory operations domains such as know your customer, customer fulfillment, or credit bureau operations.
