Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and testing of wind blades and composite components.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards throughout the production process.
Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Recommend process improvements for defect reduction and efficiency enhancement.
