Quality System Training Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, and manage the global QST program across all Cepheid locations.
• Develop and administer business processes and IT system solutions supporting global QST operations.
• Monitor, evaluate, and implement Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies to improve global QST performance.
• Identify, scope, and execute QST-related programs or projects that impact organizational objectives in regulated environments.
• Develop and deploy QST training curriculum in collaboration with QS Process Owners and functional department leaders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in corporate training concepts, principles, and best practices.
