Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management
- Maintain and control all quality management system (QMS) documents as per ISO, IATF, EMS, and OHSAS standards.
Audit Handling
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation, records, and processes are audit-ready.
Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure company processes comply with relevant quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards.
Process Improvement Support
- Assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Training & Awareness
- Support training programs to increase awareness and adherence to QMS, EMS, and OHSAS systems within the organization.
Reporting & Record Keeping
- Prepare quality reports, maintain audit records, and assist in management review meetings.
