QUALITY SUPERVISOR (PLASTIC PIPES & FITTINGS)

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily quality control operations on the production floor. Ensure all plastic pipes and fittings comply with required standards and specifications (ISO, ASTM, DIN). Monitor extrusion processes and coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality. Oversee inspection and testing activities, including: Hydrostatic pressure testing Dimensional inspection (diameter, wall thickness, ovality) Impact resistance testing Visual inspection for defects Review and verify quality reports, test results, and inspection records. Ensure proper handling of non-conforming products and support corrective actions (CAPA). Conduct routine checks on raw materials and in-process products. Assist in internal and external audits. Train and guide quality inspectors and technicians. Maintain proper documentation and ensure traceability of products. Support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce defects.
