Job Summary:
Norquest Brands Pvt. Ltd., engaged in exporting cotton bags, is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to ensure product quality as per export and buyer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure quality of cotton bags at all stages of production
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
- Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements
- Handle quality-related issues and support audits if required
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Computer knowledge required (MS Excel, reporting, email communication)
- Good observation and communication skills
