Job Responsibilities

1.Lead quality operation in defined shift.

2.Resolution of Defects using Problem solving tools

3.Drive containment actions along with other stakeholders.

4.Validate and monitor the countermeasure and provide correct feedback to stakeholders.

5.Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.

6.Organising daily quality review meeting.

7.Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.

Competencies

8.Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.

9.Experience of quality abnormality Handling

10.Experience of Vehicle Inspection & Manufacturing Process of 4-Wheeler Industry

11.ISO 9001-2015 System & procedure Knowledge

12.Planning and Problem-solving Skills

13.Co-ordination and communication with other stake holders

14.Can read engineering drawings.

15.Body CMM & scanning report reading
