Roles & Responsibilities (Quality Analyst):
- Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and training needs
- Provide constructive feedback to agents for performance enhancement
- Maintain quality reports and audit records accurately
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance service quality
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in call auditing, quality analysis, or related BPO/customer service roles is preferred
- Strong analytical, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to handle data, reports, and feedback sessions effectively
- Freshers with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are welcome to apply
