Role Summary

In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the QA efforts for AEM Guides projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective testing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA track across active AEM Guides projects.
• Define and standardize testing processes and release sign-offs.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to identify risks early.
• Review test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Validate DITA structures and content quality.
• Drive defect resolution and root cause analysis.
• Identify automation opportunities for testing processes.
• Establish best practices for recurring quality issues.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and defect management.
• Good understanding of DITA, XML, and structured content.
• Experience with AEM Guides or similar content platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in content migration and publishing validation.
• Knowledge of QA automation.
• Familiarity with Jira for tracking and reporting.
