Quality Engineer – MIS & NCR Management
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to manage Quality MIS, NCR processes (factory & site), customer complaints, and audits. The role acts as the single point of contact for NCR handling, ensures timely reporting of quality KPIs and business metrics, and supports continuous quality improvement through structured processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish Quality MIS, factory KPIs, and business metrics
- Manage factory and site NCRs end-to-end using NCR tools
- Facilitate customer complaints and ensure timely RCA and closure
- Coordinate NCR material handling and disposition
- Act as SPOC for NCR-related activities
- Support internal and external quality audits
Qualification & Experience:
- Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality / QA-QC / NCR management

- Own and manage Quality MIS and dashboards
- Operate NCR handling tools and assign actions to responsible owners
- Track NCR lifecycle, effectiveness, and closure timelines
- Coordinate NCR material control and documentation
- Facilitate customer complaint investigation and action closure
- Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits
- Maintain compliance to quality systems and procedures
