Job are looking for a Quality Operations Manager with deep expertise in the automotive industry to drive quality assurance and operational excellence.
Key Lead quality operations across manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO, etc.)
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage audits, inspections, and customer quality requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve quality
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive performance improvements
Key Skills & Bachelor's/Master's Degree In Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive Preferred)
- Strong experience in automotive quality operations
- Certification in Six Sigma/Lean preferred
- Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
