Job Description

Responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and testing of products or materials to ensure they meet specifications.
Investigate and address customer complaints regarding quality.
Develop and implement quality improvement processes.
Monitor and audit quality performance.
Train staff on quality control measures.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
Maintain documentation of quality reports and inspections.

Proven experience as a quality officer or similar role.
Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
Certification in quality control is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Female candidate is preferred.
Candidate should be strong in audits with in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in food safety compliance.
