Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Data Analysis Reports (KPI) & management review materials for reviews & meetings.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all analytical outputs and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements and automation within the NPS/Warranty/IQS/VDS analysis framework.
  • Support cross functional efforts to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Follow quality control measures and take corrective actions.
  • Deliver Operational efficiency actions.

Responsibilities


Deliverables

  • Warranty/NPS/IQS Data packs, analysis reports
  • Minutes of the meetings capturing key discussion points, decisions made, and action items, including responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Deliver projects aimed at improving process efficiency & Labor hours efficiency.

Qualifications


Education Qualification : Any Graduate in Engineering BE /Btech

Number of Years of Experience : 2-5 Years

Professional Exposure : Preferred Knowledge in Automobile, Manufacturing Process, Features, Functionality & basic knowledge in Quality tools & Problem Solving Methods.

Skill & Knowledge requirement :

  • Proficient in MS Office Software – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Ford Quality Metrics – NPS, Warranty, J.D. Power etc.
  • Proficiency in any of following applications and Technology like
    • Alteryx, GCP, Qlik sense, Advanced Excel (Incl. VBA), Power BI
