Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Manager Quality (QC) with strong expertise in high-rise residential construction, MIVAN / Aluform technology, and end-to-end quality management.
This is a pure Quality role. Candidates with predominantly execution-focused backgrounds may not match the requirement.
Mandatory Requirements
BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Civil Engineering degree from Maharashtra (mandatory)
1215 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in high-rise building projects
Hands-on exposure to MIVAN / Aluform construction technology
Strong Quality / QC specialization
Background from reputed / leading real estate developers only
Strong career stability
Good verbal and written communication skills
Execution-heavy profiles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Quality in Design
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of design documents
Conduct constructability reviews
Drive value engineering initiatives
Identify and mitigate design risks
Integrate safety and maintainability considerations
Quality in Execution
Pre-Execution Phase
Develop and implement Quality SOPs
Define Quality KPIs / Metrics
Conduct quality training and awareness programs
Execution Phase
Monitor adherence to Quality SOPs
Conduct audits and inspections
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain inspection, testing, and quality records
Post-Execution Phase
Conduct quality performance reviews
Analyze quality metrics and trends
Document lessons learned
Update and strengthen SOPs
Final Handover Quality
Develop handover manuals
Prepare and implement unit inspection checklists
Ensure defect-free customer delivery
Preferred Profile
Experience in premium / large-scale residential projects
Exposure to SOP-driven quality frameworks
Strong audit / inspection / compliance experience
Experience handling customer handover quality
Competitor developer background preferred
Good to Have
Exposure to ISO / QA systems
Experience in CAPA / process improvement
Leadership of quality teams
