We are looking for an experienced Quality Leader who can take ownership of the complete Quality function and lead a team of 20-25 members.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

We Need a Strong Quality Leader With

10+ Years of overall Quality experience

3+ Years in a Senior Quality Leadership Role

Experience managing 20-25 team members

Strong Customer Quality Communication skills

Hands-on exposure to Product, Process, System ISO Audits

Bath Accessories / Faucets / Sanitary Products

Component Manufacturing

Automotive / Auto Components

Engineering / Precision Components

Metal / Surface Finishing

Similar Manufacturing Industries

KEY REQUIREMENT PROCESS EXPOSURE

Hands-on experience in the following processes will be highly preferred:

Electroplating

Grinding

Buffing / Polishing

Surface Finishing

The candidate should understand process-related quality problems and be capable of reducing Rejection | Rework | Scrap | COPQ.

PPAP / APQP / PFMEA

Control Plan / SPC / MSA

8D / CAPA / RCA

5 Why / Fishbone / Pareto

Customer Complaint Management

Supplier Quality Supplier Audits

Product / Process / System Audits

Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / Six Sigma

Calibration Metrology

Continuous Improvement COPQ Reduction

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead develop the Quality team

Ensure incoming, in-process final quality

Handle critical customer complaints

Lead RCA, 8D CAPA

Drive customer supplier quality improvement

Prepare for and lead audits

Strengthen QMS ISO compliance

Reduce rejection, rework, scrap COPQ

Drive a Quality First culture

QUALIFICATION

B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Metallurgy preferred.
