Qualification
Diploma / BE Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Manage foundry quality assurance and quality systems.
Monitor casting quality and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Analyze and resolve foundry defects through root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
Coordinate with production and customer quality teams.
Maintain quality documentation and audit readiness.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of foundry defects and defect elimination techniques.
Hands-on experience in IATF 16949 implementation and maintenance.
Experience in foundry quality systems and customer quality management.
Individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and hardworking.
Must possess a two-wheeler.
Candidates With 58 Years Of Experience Preferred.
