Role Description

The Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves overseeing quality control processes, developing and implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Manager will analyze production data, identify areas of improvement, lead audits, and collaborate with various teams to develop corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring team members on quality protocols and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in quality management and compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO certifications
• Experience in process analysis, handling instrument, quality assurance, quality control, and data analysis
• Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and presentation of quality-related findings
• Leadership and team management skills for training, mentoring, and guiding teams in quality-related tasks
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement initiatives
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
