Your Role

As a Quality Manager / Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence across projects and business units. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, conducting audits, analyzing metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help teams deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including quality metrics computation and statistical data analysis.
  • Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) across projects/accounts/business units.
  • Conduct compliance checks, audits, and process implementation with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze quality metrics and apply statistical process control techniques.
  • Work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Ensure adherence to standards like CMMI, TL9000, ISO9001, ASPICE, and ISO13485.
  • Write and maintain process documentation to support quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Deliver quality training sessions and promote best practices across teams.
  • Adapt to project needs and contribute as a proactive team player.

Your Profile

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
  • Strong knowledge of quality metrics, statistical analysis, and process control.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage quality initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in process documentation and training delivery is a plus.
  • Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
