Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SeniorManagerQualitywith a strong background in No-Bake (Furan) processesin iron casting/foundry operations. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all aspects of quality across lab, process control, final inspection, documentation, and act as the Management Representative (MR)for audits and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance and quality controlfunctions for iron casting using No-Bake (Furan)processes.
  • Manage and monitor quality across all stages: Lab testing, Process control, In-Process inspection, Final inspection, and Documentation.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Serve as the Management Representative (MR)for internal and external audits, certifications, and quality meetings.
  • Ensure root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions for internal and customer complaints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to process and product quality.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and customer teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diplomain Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
  • 10 to 15 yearsof experience in quality management within an iron foundryusing No-Bake (Furan)process.
  • Proven experience in lab testing, metallurgical quality control, process audits, and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of casting processes, metallurgy, and quality standards.
  • Experience as Management Representative (MR)for ISO or similar certifications.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
