Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Quality Improvement:
  2. Develop implement, and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and improve patient flow.
  3. Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis, patient feedback, and internal audits.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of care.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Compliance and Accreditation:
  7. Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards as per NABH guidelines.
  8. Maintain records and documentation to demonstrate compliance.
  9. Lead and participate in accreditation surveys and inspections.
  10. Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards.
  11. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  12. Collect analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance indicator (KPIs).
  13. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  14. Identify trends and patterns in data to inform quality improvement efforts.
  15. Training and Education:
  16. Provide training to staff on quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  17. Conduct awareness programs and workshops on quality improvement topics.

Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years experience to Handle NABH and NABL of hospital.
