Role & responsibilities
- Quality Improvement:
- Develop implement, and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and improve patient flow.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis, patient feedback, and internal audits.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of care.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Accreditation:
- Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards as per NABH guidelines.
- Maintain records and documentation to demonstrate compliance.
- Lead and participate in accreditation surveys and inspections.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect analyze, and interpret data related to quality performance indicator (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform quality improvement efforts.
- Training and Education:
- Provide training to staff on quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct awareness programs and workshops on quality improvement topics.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years experience to Handle NABH and NABL of hospital.
