Job Description-

1. Experience in Lean Six Sigma Black belt, Mentored and guided a few Six Sigma Green Belt Projects.

2. Hands-on experience of 15+ years on CMMI SVC 2.0 & Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications

3. Basic Metrics set up at the organizational level and Project Specific Metrics converting VOC to CTQs.

4. Statistics, Data Analytics, and Visualization using various tools and having data-driven approach.

5. Excellent skills in the creation of training assets in MS PowerPoint.

6. Exceptional communication, collaboration & team building skills with competency in grasping technical concepts quickly.

7. Self-driven and able to work independently and interact with project teams

8. Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong commitment to the assigned task

9. Experience in Data Driven Concepts and handling people

10 Performing Process Audits on Critical Projects
